Puppy scares away monitor lizard that invaded home
This is the amusing moment a puppy scares away a monitor lizard that intruded into its home. Owner Suwapitch Srisaengrit heard the loud barks in their garage in Nakhon Pathom, central Thailand on May 14.
In the video, the puppy is seen trying its best to be brave by barking at the monitor lizard who will not budge, as if asking it to leave. The Jack Russel pooch is also seen trying to "save" a pillow and a slipper away from the intruding reptile by taking them to a distance. Suwapitch later called the rescue team for help and no one was harmed by the lizard.
She said: "It was quite funny when my dog wanted to show its bravery, but first it had to move his stuff out. I know the reptile would not bite my dogs because my dogs did not bite it, too."
