Street Takeover during Corona Virus in Los Angeles

Buy video

A large crowd gathers for a street takeover at Obama Blvd and Clyde Ave (near LA Cienega) in Baldwin Hills on Sunday, May 10, 2020.

This happened during the Corona Virus lockdown and many in the crowd were not wearing any masks.

I heard it start up at about 6:15pm. I arrived on scene at about 6:25pm where it lasted til about 6:30pm when police arrived.

Overall, I would say the event lasted for at least 15 minutes until officers arrived. This is when the crowd filled with many teenagers scattered on foot, on bike, and in their cars. The corners were filled with at least 100+ spectators.
