Looters ransacked stores along New York's Fifth Avenue on Monday night (June 1).
Footage filmed at around 11:00 pm shows looters breaking into clothing shop Banana Republic and police arriving at the scene of looting at Sephora on Fifth Avenue.
The video also shows a man being arrested.
According to reports, looting and protesters continued into the night, past the 11:00 pm curfew imposed by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio.
De Blasio said the citywide curfew would be imposed again on Tuesday, this time at 8:00 pm.
