On Saturday, May 30, 2020, huge crowds of protestors swarmed a trendy part of Los Angeles near the Beverly Center, vandalizing and destroying businesses along the protest route.

Police were busy controlling crowds, leaving businesses exposed to drive-by looters who cruised up and down the streets in broad daylight, looking for opportunities to steal whatever they could get their hands on.

In this clip, looters spotted broken windows on West Elm Furniture Store as they drove by. They quickly pulled up and climbed through broken glass to grab pillows, vases, and lamps from the trendy furniture store. They then sped off laughing.

This activity went on well into the night until the police were able to restore order block by block.
