Amusing footage shows four cute cats looking defeated because they are about to have a shower.

Cat lover Emma Chien gets in the bathroom to wash her four cute house cats named Aji and Apu, both four-years-old Zizi, 1, and the eldest Arw who is 10-years-old.

She said that the cats are used to the shower and what was shown in the video was their best behaviour yet.

"They may have looked sad about it but I think they have learned to like taking a shower,'' she said.

Emma, who works as a hairdresser at her own salon, said that she's an expert at taking care of her cats' furs.

She added: "I have to wash them everyday like this to keep their hair smooth and fluffy."

The footage was taken in New Taipei City, Taiwan on May 10.
