Amateur football clubs in Indonesia's West Sumatra Province have returned to training after COVID-19 lockdown restrictions were relaxed after three months of quarantine measures.

Footage from one amateur club in Padang shows the group of players back on the field, some wearing masks and others not.

Despite the lockdown being eased, players were advised to reduce bodily contact.

The footage was captured on June 6.

after almost 3 months of inactivity outside the home due to the corona virus, one of the amateur clubs in the city of Padang, Indonesia's West Sumatra Province which was filled by players over the age of 40 returned to play. they played without wearing masks but still implemented the corona virus health protocol by reducing bodily contact between players. The amateur players returned to training after the local government began to stretch social restrictions to start a new normal life plan.
