An Indian man has set a new world record by bending 24 iron bars with his head in just one minute.
Hammer Headman Dharmender Singh achieved the bizarre feat in Agartala on June 1.
Dharmendra, who hails from Bihar, is famous across the country for his core head strength and can even break raw coconuts on his head as though they were tomatoes.
According to his mother Kunti Devi, ever since childhood he as picked bananas and other fruits using only his head.
Dharmendra made the World Record in the presence of a Guinness representative.
He broke the previous record of 18 iron rods held by Armen Adantars of Armenia.
