The crime scene on Brackenfield Close, Hackney in east London as police launch an investigation following a fatal shooting.

Police were called at 11.30 pm on Friday 5 June, to reports of shots fired in Brackenfield Close and found a man in his twenties suffering gunshot injuries.

Despite the efforts of medics and officers, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Richard Neves, who was staying on the same estate, said he heard three gunshots.
