Chinese man takes crossbow bolt to chest and miraculously survives
A man in southern China miraculously survived after a crossbow bolt was shot into his chest, only one centimetre away from his heart.
The shocking video, shot in the city of Nanning in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on June 6, shows a young man named Xiao Peng with a bolt in his chest.
He was sent to hospital for surgery. After an hour, the bolt was removed successfully and he is recovering now.
Xiao Peng reportedly accidentally shot by the bolt after it launched from a bow he put in his house.
Xiao Peng said he bought the crossbow and arrows online and played it at home.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
