Helmet saves woman's life after scooter has collision with truck in China
A helmet saved a woman's life after she collided with a truck in eastern China.
The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Zhuji in Zhejiang Province on May 25, shows a scooter illegally driving across a road having a collision with a speeding truck turning a corner.
The truck then lost its balance and tipped over, hitting the scooter rider.
Since the scooter rider wore a helmet, her head was not injured and she only suffered minor scratches.
The case is in further investigation, reports said.
The video was provided by local police.
