Stunning timelapse of thunderstorm over Ireland

Buy video

This is a DSLR time lapse, filmed using two cameras, crop sensor and full frame with wide angle lens, a combination of 12,000 still images rendered into a time lapse movie at 1080p and 24 frames per second. I spent 13,5 hours storm chasing this today to capture this result and three days and nights to render. This the full life cycle of strong thunderstorm formation from Ireland on Sunday June 14th 2020 at Mullaghmore in Co. Sligo. Beginning with cumulus clouds, strong convection, mature thunderstorm, anvils, shelf cloud and outflow features. These were strong strongly shear thunderstorms, the best in years with intense lightning activity, regular thunder for hours during strong heat and humidity, I'm proud of this result.
