A heated argument turned violent outside a supermarket in San Bernardino County in California on Saturday (June 20th) and one man was shot and another was stabbed in the neck.

Footage taken by a shopper outside Cardenas supermarket in Hesperia shows two groups of people arguing.

According to the filmer, who prefers not to be identified, the argument started when the white car almost hit the other group as they were crossing the parking lot.

After a few seconds of heated discussions, a man in a black T-shirt walks over to the white car and returns a few moments later holding something behind his back.

He begins to argue again with a man from the opposing group and then swings at him, stabbing him in the neck.

As the attacker goes to flee in the white car, gunshots ring out.

According to the filmer, he heard the man with the knife yelling from the passenger seat that he had been shot as they speed away from the scene.

There was no information immediately available on the identities or fate of the two injured men or the shooter.
