Truck split in two after clipping height restriction barrier in southern China
A truck hit a height restriction barrier causing the truck and the trailer to abruptly separate in southern China.
In the footage filmed in Zhuhai city, at the moment of collision, the car driver's cabin was pulled away from the trailer which became stuck on the barrier.
Fortunately, the driver and the passenger were all fine.
The height restriction barrier was 2.5 metres high, but the truck was 2.79 metres. The driver did not pay attention to the warning sign and took full responsibility for the accident.
The video was filmed on June 15 and provided by the local traffic police.
