Inspiring footage shows a ten-year-old girl from India with one hand stitching face masks for students so they can keep safe during upcoming exams.

Footage filmed on June 25th in Udupi in the state of Karnataka shows young Sindhuri using a sewing machine to make the protective gear.

Sindhuri accepted a challenge from her local Scout group to get stitching and has so far made more than 50 masks.

Sindhuri, a 6th-year student at Mount Rosary English Medium School, said her mother supported her and motivated her with the challenge.

One can do anything it he/she is determined . This was proved by a 10 year old girl in Udupi in Karnataka .Sindhuri aged 10 years who is a student of class 6 is a specially abled child ,born with one hand , she stiches masks for school students .
Sindhuri says her school scout and guide wing got a target to stich 1 lakh masks for SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) students. It was to give to these students who were appearing in exams .
Sindhuri says my mother supported and motivated me to do this . She stiches more than 50 masks . Sindhuri is a 6th standard student of Mount Rosary English Medium School at Santhekatte Kallianpur and is a scout and guide.
