Cape Town law enforcement officers pull half naked woman by the hair
In this video filmed on 23 May 2018 law enforcement officers employed by the City of Cape Town pulled a half naked woman by the hair during an eviction in Parkwood.
A similar brutal video went viral on social media today when Cape Town Law Enforcement Officers pulled a naked man out his shack in Mpolweni during an eviction without a court order.
The City of Cape Town has been accused of many instances of brutality over the past few months, including assaults on two journalists.
