Performers able to enthral public with live music after months in lockdown.

Today, July 11 was the first day that new easing of lockdown regulations in England meant Performing arts can now take place outdoors. As the public take a tentative step back to our town centres the lucky few found a bonus with some street performances in Shaftesbury.

700 Feet, a Classic rock band based in North Dorset took the opportunity to get back to performing in front of a socially distanced crowd outside the Town Hall in the high street.
Another set of buskers were just around the corner, a local jazz duo taking advantage of the sunshine as they set up alongside the Abbey, showing that the nation is indeed ready for some live music.
