In a dramatic video a husband and wife couple named Gopal Mizar and Monu Biswakarma were rescued from a heavy flood water waves with the help of ropes from a 30 feet high bridge . The rescue happened at sibo Korong river on 9th July around 11:20 am in East Siang's Pasighat area in state of Arunachal Pradesh . There is a heavy rainfall in the area and rivers are flooded .
According to eyewitness Yumto Romin who filmed this video , both of them might came here to capture fish and got stranded in heavy flood waves . Police and rapid response team with the help of ropes pulled them up on bridge on by one . Both of them rescued safely without any injuries
Yumto came at location driving the car of one of the official who was there on spot for rescue operation
