Bars allowed to reopen in Thailand after long closure
Thai bars were allowed to resume business from July 1st following a three-month closure under Covid 19 regulations. The entertainments industry is one of the hardest hit by the emergency and many venues have chosen not to open because of the ban on international visitors. Unemployment reached 2.5 million at end of June (Siam Commercial Bank}.
