An Indian cobra, also known as a spectacled cobra, entered a farmer's house in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu and swallowed around seven eggs in the early hours of July 12.

The farmer Anbhazhagan, upon hearing noise, checked the chicken cages, and spotted the cobra.

Footage shows snake catcher Cuddalore Chell holding the snake's tail and helping it regurgitate the eggs it swallowed one by one.

The Indian cobra, also known as the spectacled cobra entered into a farmer's house in Cuddalore and swallowed around 8 eggs in the early hours of 12th July. The farmer Anbhazhagan hearing the chicken's distress noise, checked the chicken cages, and spotted the Indian cobra.

Social worker and snake catcher Cuddalore Chella visited the house and caught the snake, holding its tail Chella pushed the snake to regurgitate all the eggs it swallowed and contained the snake in a plastic bottle to release it later in the forest.

The venomous snake regurgitated the eggs one by one it swallowed in a bid to escape from its catcher. A total of 7 eggs was brought up by the snake.
