Fire service officials teamed up with locals in Tirumangalam, south India to rescue a bull that had fallen into a 60-foot-deep well.

Vetrivel, a farmer, had tied his bull up but the animal managed to get free and fell into a nearby well.

Upon hearing the bull's cries, locals rushed to the scene and called the fire and rescue service for help.

The animal was slowly winched out of the pit after several ropes were tied around its body.

Bull that fell in the well was rescued after two hours of struggle in South India

Vetrivel is a farmer who hails from Madurai Distict of Tamilnadu tied his bull in his field and went home for having his lunch. The bull untied itself and it was grazing near a 60 feet deep well. All of a sudden it fell in the well. Hearing its mourn the nearby people rushed to the well and found the bull struggling in the well. Immediately they informed the fire and rescue service. They rushed to the spot a couple from the rescue team went inside the well to tie the bull with ropes. Three ropes were tied to the bull and the bull was pulled up evenly.

At once after the bull came out it sensed that it was out of danger and it jumped to stand up. The bull managed to get rescued as it raised noise to for help.
