In the Public Prosecutor's office of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, children must give a statement given they are victims or witnesses of crimes. For many, that means reliving a traumatic experience of violence or abuse.

To make that judicial instance more friendly, the Ministry created an assistance program that features Titan, a five-year-old golden retriever dog, is found in the offices of the building where the unit operates specially dedicated to that task

Titan or "Tití", as they all say in Argentina, was trained to work with children and adolescents and is always accompanied by his trainer, Carlos Agudo.

When children must testify in the 'Specialized Interview' room, (the judicial procedure is known as 'Gesell Chamber'), Titan awaits them in the previous room and simply with tenderness and appearance, contributes by reducing the fear or nervousness the children may have. He serves to relieve them of stress from having to testify what they witnessed.

When the declaration ends, the children meet Titan again.

The 'Dog Therapy for Judicial Assistance' program was created from similar experiences that have been developed in other countries such as Canada, France, United States, Spain, and Chile.
