A Thai transgender beauty queen is suing a clinic over a sex-change operating that only gave her a three-inch deep v-a-g-i-n-a when she asked for seven.

Orkao Yonrawee, 23, said her boyfriend dumped her after the procedure because her new genitals could not satisfy him ''like a normal woman''.

The glamorous ladyboy said she was devastated when he walked out because he was frustrated with her new genitals.

Orkao visited a law firm in Nonthaburi, central Thailand on Wednesday afternoon (July 22, 2020) with her mother to start proceedings against the plastic surgery clinic.

She told the lawyer that she had undergone gender reassignment surgery at a clinic in Bangkok in April last year but the result was botched.

Orkao, who has also did modelling work before the operation, said she spent 240,000THB (5,954GBP) on surgery but her genitals could not function normally.

She said: "When I went to the clinic we agreed that they would make my v-a-g-i-n-a seven inches deep so I could have sex like a normal woman.

"But after the surgery I found out that my v-a-g-i-n-a was only three inches deep and it frustrated my boyfriend and led to our break up.

"I have been struggling to sleep since my boyfriend left me. I have spent a lot of money on this so I could be a woman, but it turned out the other way around."

Orkao decided to sue the clinic after she asked them for the compensation but was refused. They allegedly dismissed her complaints and told her that she could sue them if she wanted.

The transgender woman said that the one of the worst aspects of her botched v-a-g-i-n-a has been the emotional impact from the relationship breakdown with her boyfriend.

She added: "The v-a-g-i-n-a that I was reassigned was rotten, stinking and bled with pus after the surgery so I went back to have it fixed.

"However, after they treated my rotten v-a-g-i-n-a it would still function correctly and I could not go to the toilet.''

The lawyer Ronnarong Kaewphetch said he would take on the case and believes the Yolraweewill receive compensation.

He said: "Initially, we have received the case and will summon the representative of the clinic here to negotiate the compensation for my client.

"But if the negotiations cannot be settled then we will take the matter to the consumer protection board.

"I believe that the clinic will compromise and pay for the compensation to save their reputation."
