Leopard caught stalking cattle herd through streets of north Indian city
A CCTV camera filmed a leopard that strayed into the street in pursuit of a cattle herd in northern India's Uttarakhand state.
The incident took place in Devprayag, Tehri Garhwal district on July 23. The leopard was spotted on a CCTV camera installed at the police station.
The video shows the big cat chasing a herd of cattle on the street.
A policeman came out on the street hearing the noise, however, panics on seeing the leopard and runs away inside.
Reportedly the leopard had strayed into the town from a nearby forest.
Fortunately, no casualties have been reported after the incident.
