A big herd of zebras (around 2000) crossed the Mara river in masai Mara National Reserve to go to salt lick in Triangle, to find green pastures and to escape the big fires that were happening in masai Mara. They do that during wildebeests great migration that has started a few weeks ago. But it's a big danger for them as the stream is strong and the river full of big hungry crocodiles. Zebras come from everywhere and the group waits to be big and compact. When they are enough, at the end of the afternoon they begin to cross and it's a crazyness.... this video is just the beginning of the crossing.
