Footage shows a man successfully luring a venomous baby cobra into an empty plastic bottle.

The professional reptile rescuer demonstrated to his colleagues how to calmly lead the snake into a bottle without using any special gear.

Vorapob Thammasit was only wearing goggles to protect his eyes and took only a few seconds to make the little serpent enter the bottle in Lamphun, northern Thailand on July 20.

He said: "This is dangerous, no one should do it alone. Leave handling reptiles to the experts."
