Police caught 2 people who installed a chip reader at Bank Of America in North Hollywood(Fraud)
2 people installed the chip reader at the bank(Bank Of America-North Hollywood, Laruel Canyon/Kittridge Street)(on the front door,because at night you can go inside only after card scaning), and late in the night(11:40pm)when they wanted to remove the chip reader, the police caught them. They told people that they were fixing something. But some of the people doubted that something was wrong there, and called the police.
