Stray bull goes on rampage, viciously attacks two boys walking down street in northern India
In a disturbing video that surfaced online, a bull can be seen trampling two boys in northern India's Haryana.
The incident took place at Rewari district on August 6.
According to reports, the two brothers were walking near the district education office when a bull standing in front pounced on the younger one.
The child was at the corner of the street when a bull came from the front and knocked him down.
The elder brother intervened and tried to drive the bull away, in return he got attacked by the animal.
The bull charged at the duo for some time until several local people came to the rescue.
Visuals show the locals trying to scare the bull away, however, the animals seem obstinate.
After several attempts, they managed to cast the bull away from the place.
Reports suggest that the duo escaped the situation with minor injuries.
Sources suggest the bull who was standing calmly at the corner of the street was agitated by the yellow shirt that one of the brothers was wearing.
According to the locals, there has been an increased number of attacks by bulls in the state with more stray bulls strolling the city streets.
Three days before the incident, the local MLA Chiranjeev Rao had suggested transporting the destitute animals to the farm.
Despite this, the city council officials have turned a blind eye to the problems faced by the locals.
