Elephant scratches head on tree while out for morning walk in Thailand
This is the adorable moment an elephant scratches its head and body against the rough surface of a tree.
The jumbo was out for a walk in a nearby forest in Phuket, Thailand, when it suddenly felt an itch.
Elephants Phang-Om-Suk and Phang-Om-Ploy were happily scratching their itch using the trees in the field.
Owner Don said he was lucky enough to capture the beautiful moment on his phone.
A friend his heard saying in the video: "Go on, scratch more and enjoy.''
He added: ''These elephants are really funny and gentle creatures."
There are an estimated 2,000 that live in the wild in the country and around double that amount in captivity where they are in zoos, sanctuaries or private homes.
