A Russell's viper gave birth to 33 snakelets in Coimbatore, southern India.

The female snake at V.O.C zoological park gave birth to 33 healthy babies which will be left in a nearby forest after a couple of weeks according to the director of the park.

The Russell's viper is India's most venomous snakes.

V.O.C Park is a zoological park that is located in Coimbatore district of Tamilnadu, South India. The park has many species of mammals, birds and Reptiles. This Female Russel viper is one among reptiles that the park has and it’s the most venomous snake in India. It has gave birth to 33 young snakes two days ago. Both the mother and the hatchings are in good health. “After a couple of weeks these young hatchings will be left in a nearby forest” said the director of the park.
