NYPD confirmed that a man was been shot outside a bar on Saint Marks Ave and Schenectady Ave in Brooklyn on Wednesday (August 12).

The 77th Precinct tweeted: "Officers are on the scene of a confirmed person shot at Saint Marks Ave and Schenectady Ave.

"Expect to see additional police resources in the area as this is an active crime scene."

The filmer alleged that the shooting was fatal and took the life of a man in his thirties after a dispute arose outside the New Heights Bar and Grill.

after a bar argument 3shots fired got the Dispute settled overhead a black officer saying on the scene, one mean is he's 30s got shot with 3 fatal bullets was pronounced dead 200 ft from the bar he was hanging out on st marks & Schenectady Ave " new heights bar restaurant" , the victim Died 200ft into the block on st marks Ave. The victim was with a group of friends when shot, 4 females where overheard saying will all go to jail now and crying around the corner bar area while being interviewed from the detectives, one of the women's was heard shouting they killed my boy they killed my boy ill kill them all.
