Skull-shaped cloud freaks out residents in the Philippines
A creepy skull-shaped cloud freaked out residents after it hovered over their homes in the Philippines during lockdown.
Mark delos Reyes Cabrillos recorded the strange cloud over their neighbourhood in Negros Occidental on August 10.
He said: "This is the strangest most amazing shaped clouds I have ever seen. It is almost creepy but still worth recording because it is unique."
Air temperature is always changing, affecting the shapes of the clouds. Since clouds are made up of millions of tiny pieces of water, when they are high up in the sky where the air is very cold, the water droplets freeze into floating ice crystals.
