CCTV footage of Horror accident as dumper overturned in Northern India

Two persons were killed and at least two others were injured in an accident involving a dumper vehicle and swift vehicle near Galander Pampore in Pulwama district.

The accident also led to the suspension for some time of the traffic on Jammu-Srinagar highway, the only surface link connecting the Kashmir valley with the outside world.

Official sources told that a swift vehicle came under a dumper vehicle (JK03F-8232) near Galander and how it happened was being investigated.

They said two persons were killed in the accident and one of the deceased has been identified. The identity of the second victim was being ascertained, the official said.

Two more persons were injured and have been hospitalized, they said.

Meanwhile, the traffic on the strategic thoroughfare was resumed after the authorities removed vehicles from near the accident spot.
