Motorway severe flooding near Junction 7 in Surrey, UK
Severe flooding in the town on Merstham, Surrey, United Kingdom, caused vehicles to navigate through dangerous conditions on Thursday (August 13).
"We encountered increasingly heavy rainfall, culminating in hail, and high winds, the filmer, Julian, said. As we headed downhill between Junction 8 and Junction 7 the road flooded and was closed shortly afterward.
