The video shows two men trying to cross the flooded road using a thick rope, as the water flows.
The people are seen holding the ropes on either side for more stability, while men cross from one end to the other.
Few people watching the men cross the road holding the ropes.
According to the reports, constant rainfall in the region has left many places flooded.
The people in the region are stranded as most of the roads are flooded and water flows consistently.
