The Government and Bank Indonesia officially issued and circulated the 75th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia (UPK 75 of RI) in the form of Rp75,000 banknotes to coincide with the 75th Anniversary of RI Independence. Launched on 17 August 2020, this special banknote began to be distributed through all Bank Indonesia Representatives throughout Indonesia starting Tuesday, 18 August 2020.
Especially for West Sumatra, Bank Indonesia has allocated 1.1 million shares or Rp. 82.5 billion.
