A security guard in northern India fought off three armed robbers with his bare hands in this shocking CCTV footage.

Three masked men barged into an office of Muthoot Gold Finance in the city of Ajmer brandishing pistols on August 19.

Two of them pushed aside security guard, Chhotu Lal, and entered the office. But Chhotu Lal put up a ferocious fight and blocked the way for the third one.

The guard's sudden resistance caused the other two men inside to panic and run out. The brave security guard threw a water dispenser at the fleeing men as a few other Muthoot staffers tried to chase them.

A local police officer, Laxman Singh, commented that the men fled on a motorcycle before they could loot anything. "We are looking for them with the help of CCTV footage of the incident, a case has been registered."
