Amusing footage shows an exercise machine for horses that makes the young animals look like they are riding a rollercoaster.

The Kurtsystem device - which costs 20m GBP - was installed in Lambourn Woodlands, Berkshire, UK, to train young horses before they start racing.

The machine can take up to 10 horses at varying speeds from a trot to a gallop.

Equestrian rider Anna said: "Each spot has a supervisor so they can stop if something happens and the harness has quick release and loads of safety measures."
