Massive python rescued by forest officials in northern India
A team of forest officials have rescued a huge python in northern India’s Uttarakhand.
The incident was reported from Haldwani’s Kunwarpur on July 14.
The video of the rescue operation shows an official clasping the reptile’s neck to gain control over it. The agitated snake attempts to break free from the hold.
Two women can be seen pinning down the snake’s tail to prevent it from escaping. Another man is seen pushing the snake bit by bit into a sack before successfully sealing it.
The snake was later released into the wild.
