A truck crashed into a car after it changed lane and suddenly stopped on a highway in eastern China.

The terrifying moment, shot in Tonggu County in Jiangsu Province on August 21, shows a white car driving to the front of a truck and then stopping in the middle of the road.

The truck then bumped into the car and flipped over as it could not avoid it in time.

According to reports, the car driver named Chen did not change the lane until he spotted the junction.

Three people in the car all wore seatbelts, none of them were injured. But two people in the truck suffered minor injuries and were sent to hospital.

The car driver was blamed for the incident. The video was provided by local media with permission.

这是21日中午1点左右，发生在大广高速铜鼓县境内的一幕，一辆白色小车通过匝道互通路段时，突然变道，发现快要错过路口，甚至将车停了下车，造成后方一辆正常行驶的大货车，避让不及，猛烈撞击过去，小车车尾瞬间被撞缺了一块。大货车也因此发生侧翻，现场汽车零件散落一地。幸亏在本次事故中，小车人员都系了安全带，没有受伤。随后，高速交警赶到现场。
经过了解，小车司机陈某一行三人，从南昌到湖南岳阳，路上因为没有提前变道，等发现路口时，才突然想到要变道，结果导致自己的车子严重损毁，而大货车侧翻后，车上两人受轻微伤，已被120送往铜鼓县人民医院。交警判定白色小车负全责。（视频由江西台提供）
