Japan: Huge Funnel Cloud Spotted Off Saitama, Kanto Region
A huge funnel cloud was reported in Koshigaya City and Yoshikawa City in Saitama Prefecture, Kanto Region on August 28 morning.
Japan Meteorological Agency has warned cumulonimbus clouds may develop in the area and will cause sudden thunderstorms and tornadoes.
