A Man Stops To Take Photos Of Downtown Minneapolis Target After Curfew

A man drives slowly down 9th street in downtown Minneapolis moments after citywide curfew started while taking photos of boarded up buildings, including the flagship Target store on Nicollet Avenue. Drivers had honked at the man and were forced to drive around him as he stopped in various places to photograph the aftermath of the riot from the previous night. Riots broke out in Minneapolis on Wednesday, August 26th after a man shot and killed himself downtown. Soon after looting began downtown a curfew was put in place and the National Guard was called in. The curfew continued on Thursday night.
