Vietnamese workers cram into tiny cart
This is the dangerous moment more than a dozen construction workers were carried in a cart attached to a scooter in the city.
Chi Nguyen said that she was on the way to the market in Vo Chi Cong, Vietnam, when she spotted the workers in helmets sitting in a small wagon pulled by a single scooter.
She said: “I feel bad about their condition and it is dangerous to see because it looks like it can be broken at any time."
However, she added that the men only work nearby so they must have been tired to walk the short distance.
