Video captured the moment of The doctor removes the living leech in the woman's eye in the Hospital in Bac Kan Province.
According to the doctor, Dr. Dong said that the woman came to the hospital and said that her eyes were hurting.
After examining the doctor suddenly discovered a living leech was in the woman's eye.
The doctor quickly removed the leech out of the woman's eye. Fortunately, the leech was discovered early and did not penetrate deep inside the woman's eyes. The woman's eye is only slightly damaged.
The woman was surprised when she saw the leech taken from her eye by the doctor. The woman said she washed her face in the stream and it was possible that the leech got into her eyes.
If the woman doesn't get to the hospital in time. The leech will quickly suck in blood and damage her eyes.
The doctor said the woman should refrain from washing her face or using stream water in the forest because the water contains a lot of strange organisms that can endanger the body.
