Police in Buenos Aires rescued a 4-year-old boy who was left in a locked car by his parents on September 1.

Officers smashed one of the rear windows of the vehicle after hearing the cries of the boy trapped in the car.

Half an hour later the boy's parents showed up and try to justify themselves by saying they had gone through a procedure, according to reports.

Upon consulting with the Criminal, Misconduct and Misdemeanor Prosecutor's Office Number 24, under the charge of Dr Pagano Mata, "the parents were notified of the case and the minor was handed over to them," concluded the sources of the Buenos Aires government.

The Police of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, rescued a four-year-old boy that the parents had left locked in a car, who appeared half an hour after the Police managed to get him out.

Police personnel who carried out crime prevention tasks, "heard the cry of a child who was inside a Renault Kangoo truck parked on Bogotá street at 3000," it was reported.

The Buenos Aires police officers "searched for the responsible adults, but when they did not find them, they broke one of the rear windows of the vehicle and rescued it," the sources added.

Half an hour later, the parents arrived at the scene and justified themselves by saying that 'they had gone through a procedure'. Fortunately, the boy had to regret consequences.
