Erie sunrise on my morning bike commute in Chico California
I live in northern California near where the Bear Fire and other wildfires are currently raging.
This video was taken the day after the barefire threatened to engulf Oroville California. It was taken before I was aware of the fires danger and I was originally taking this video just to share on my Instagram story with my friends.
At the beginning of the video you can see a yellow bike that I am writing with a headlamp and then the video pans upwards to show and almost apocalyptic looking sunrise.
No cars are seen on the road but the street lamps are illuminated in the haze of raining ash.
