Protesters Rally Outside Courtroom Where Police That Murdered George Floyd Are Attempting to Have Charges Dismissed

On the morning of Friday, September 11th, a crowd gathered in front of the Hennepin County Family Justice Center in downtown Minneapolis where the four officers involved in the death of George Floyd were attempting to have their charges dismissed. Community gathered on the street in front of the building starting at 8 am to show support for George Floyd's family that was in attendance for the court hearing scheduled at 9 am. Local activists from Twin Cities Coalition for Justice for Jamar organized the rally that saw their own members, other activists, and families affected by police violence speak.
