An elementary school teacher in Houston, Texas had a hilarious encounter and exchange with a lizard at her home on Tuesday, September 15.

Here's how filmer Vivian Williams described the incident:

"One day last week there was a lizard in my house. It scared the bugeezus out of me. I ended up trying to kill it or scare it away by throwing objects at it. That of course didn’t work and it scurried into my office behind my futon. Well, I grab a can of Bengal Roach Spray and sprayed as much I could on the lizard but it got away. So I assumed that the lizard died somewhere behind my futon. Today, while I was teaching in my office, I heard something scratching close by the window. I really hoped that this lizard didn’t decide to pop up while I was on a live session because I definitely was going to squeal. And sure enough, the lizard found me!"
