Party animals in the UK city of Nottingham ingored concerns about a second wave of COVID-19 to pack bars and pubs and mostly ingore social distancing on Friday (September 18th) night.

Footage showed spirited groups largely paying no attention to the new measure banning groups of more than six as they danced in the street.

Defiant party animals descended upon Nottingham city centre bars ahead of a busy weekend on Friday. A number of individuals appeared to ignore the rule of 6 and social distancing guidance despite concerns surround a 2nd wave in the UK. Revellers danced with one and other in the city centre of Nottingham as a man played the bongos. There was a police presence in the city, but compared to the previous weekend patrols appeared to be scaled down.
