Traffic cop clutches on to car bonnet to stop violator,dragged for 200 meters
In a shocking incident, an errant car driver dragged a traffic home guard for around 200 meters in Bikaner, Rajasthan on Saturday. The brutal act of the alleged traffic violator was caught in a CCTV camera mounted in the area.
Traffic home guard Manoj was on duty on Saturday when he noticed a white car plying on the wrong side of the road. He signaled the motorist to stop. The errant driver, instead of stopping, accelerated the vehicle. The traffic home guard fell on its bonnet and despite that, the motorist did not hit the brakes. CCTV footage shows that the car was driven for a distance with the traffic home guard lying on its bonnet.
The search for the driver and the car is underway.
