Chinese customer finds maggots crawling on tray at steak house
A customer found maggots crawling on a tray which was used to hold food at a steak house in eastern China.
The disgusting video, filmed in the city of Taizhou in Zhejiang Province on September 20, shows several maggots on a wooden tray after a customer removed it from a plate of steak she was eating at Houcaller steak house.
A man was heard saying: "We already removed one maggot."
While another woman said: "There are so many maggots on the tray. Removing the tray from the iron plate."
The Administration for Market Regulation has ordered the restaurant to shut down for rectification. The case is under further investigation.
